Dr. Harrington is a compassionate and insightful therapist dedicated to empowering her clients with the tools they need to achieve clarity and overcome challenges. She holds both a master’s degree in counseling and a doctorate in Counselor Education and Supervision from Montclair State University. Currently, she serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor at Fairleigh Dickinson University, where she teaches and mentors future mental health professionals.
Dr. Harrington has extensive experience working with adults, children, adolescents, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds. She specializes in helping clients navigate depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship issues, and more. Additionally, she has significant expertise in supporting individuals and families impacted by adoption—including adoptees, adoptive parents, and birth parents—and those facing infertility struggles.
Whether you are new to therapy or returning, Dr. Harrington offers a welcoming, non-judgmental space for healing. She takes an integrative approach, combining compassionate listening with evidence-based interventions tailored to your unique needs.
