Jenna Lupardo - LSW

I aim to create a trusting and supportive relationship with clients so that together we can develop personal and effective goals that build towards a happier and healthier life.

Jenna Lupardo is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) in New Jersey. After receiving her Master of Social Work degree from Ramapo College of NJ, Jenna has worked with individuals and families in a variety of settings.  She has worked with teens/young adults from a school-based perspective, assisting bereaved individuals coping with illness and loss, and co-facilitating support groups promoting individual empowerment in developmentally delayed adults ages 18 to 21.

Jenna believes that every circumstance and individual is unique and for that reason therapy looks different for everyone. Having a multidimensional approach and systematically sensitive understanding.

Jenna creates a space that is both welcoming and empathetically encouraging. Through the integrative use of cognitive-behavioral, strengths-based, and narrative theory approaches, Jenna supports clients in recognizing barriers and determining strategies to best overcome them.
