Nothing can dim the light that shines from within,
Maya Angelou

One of the most important predictors of success in therapy is a strong therapeutic relationship where clients feel comfortable to share their thoughts and feelings openly. Lindsay is passionate about collaborating with clients in a warm and safe environment which is free of judgement so that they can share openly, work through problems, and process pain from their past. Together, they will identify personal strengths and motivating factors in order to facilitate positive change. Since people are not “one size fits all,” Lindsay uses several modalities during therapy in order to customize treatment for each and every client and adapt as needed based on their feedback.
