With 15 years of experience working with children and adolescents, Andria Fusco is deeply committed to helping individuals overcome obstacles and develop the skills they need to succeed. With extensive experience in school-based counseling, Andria collaborates with teachers, families, and Child Study Teams to ensure that every client receives the tailored support they deserve.

Specializing in both group and individual counseling, Andria provides a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard and understood, particularly when navigating the developmental challenges of growing up. Believing in a collaborative approach to therapy, she works with clients to set personal goals that align with their unique needs, creating a plan that fosters growth and progress. Utilizing a blend of therapeutic techniques—including play therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and solution-focused brief therapy—she helps clients build resilience, develop coping strategies, and strengthen self-confidence, enabling them to face challenges with greater ease and flexibility.

Recognizing that every individual experiences their own unique form of trauma, Andria believes that every challenge, regardless of its magnitude, is equally important. Her client-centered approach emphasizes positive growth by focusing on strengths and resilience, helping clients create personalized toolkits for navigating life’s challenges and building a more hopeful future.

Throughout her career, Andria has supported clients in addressing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, grief, stress, eating disorders, family dynamics, academic and college/career planning, social issues, school avoidance, learning disabilities, and behavioral challenges.

Outside of her professional work, Andria enjoys spending time with her family, whether hiking or enjoying a day at the beach.

Andria’s ultimate goal is to guide clients not only in overcoming obstacles but also in developing the tools needed to thrive—both now and in the future. Whether working with children, adolescents, or adults, she is committed to creating a judgment-free and empowering therapeutic space where individuals can grow, heal, and live fulfilling lives.
