Anna Zubets-Anderson, LSW

Life is full of thresholds — when old strategies stop working and something deeper stirs. My role is to provide a safe, supportive space where the necessary change can take root and a new path becomes clear.

Anna is a Licensed Social Worker who supports adults working through anxiety, grief, trauma, creative blocks, identity shifts, career transitions, and relationship patterns that feel hard to change. Many of her clients are thoughtful, capable people who carry invisible wounds. Some are caretakers or cycle-breakers. Others may be experiencing a spiritual or emotional awakening, or simply feel stuck and unsure of what’s next.

Anna offers a safe, welcoming space where honesty is valued and growth is encouraged. Her integrative style blends psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral, motivational interviewing, narrative, trauma-informed, expressive, and somatic approaches. She weaves together evidence-based practices with deeper exploration of personal meaning, imagination, and symbolic insight.

Beyond her clinical training, Anna brings more than 20 years of experience in coaching, corporate leadership, and the expressive arts. Her own life journey—including immigration, career transitions, and parenting—shapes the way she works with clients, allowing her to meet each person with empathy, attunement, and respect for complexity.

Anna is bilingual in English and Russian, and she works with Russian-speaking clients who may be navigating cultural transitions or intergenerational challenges.
