Kathleen F. Murray, LCSW

I am dedicated to working collaboratively with you to appreciate what makes you unique and to recognize your personal strengths. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, valued, and empowered to grow.

Kathleen is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples in private practice, outpatient, and educational settings. She earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from New York University and is also a Certified School Social Worker.

Kathleen has extensive experience helping clients navigate depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, learning differences, parenting challenges, relationship issues, and life transitions. Her therapeutic approach combines cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems theory, mindfulness, psychoeducation, and creative arts interventions to provide individualized, strengths-based care.

Her leadership of the Families and Schools Together (FAST) Program earned recognition for excellence in prevention and family support. Throughout her career, Kathleen has been dedicated to fostering collaboration among families, educators, and mental health professionals to promote overall well-being.

Grounded in empathy, cultural sensitivity, and respect for individual differences, Kathleen creates a warm and supportive environment where clients feel safe, heard, and empowered to achieve balance and personal growth.
